Roll up the pizza to make a roll. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface, and roll it into a rectangle approximately 12 inches by 24 inches. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°c, fan 180°c and lightly grease 2 baking sheets.

Grate the cheese and sprinkle over. Heat about an inch of oil to 375 f in a large skillet. Transfer sauce to a large bowl and stir in mozzarella.

Using a sharp knife, cut the sausage roll up into about 10 whirls or about 2cm thickness each. Place 1 tablespoon filling at the bottom centre of the wrapper, leaving 1cm border on each side. We guarantee you won’t be able to just eat one!

Scatter pepperoni over the cheese. Process until pepperoni is well chopped and the sauce has thickened.
